Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Events Manager to oversee the execution of private events, parties, and special programming across our venue(s). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate event logistics with the Catering Manager and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

 

Oversee event setup and breakdown, including layout, décor, A/V, and equipment needs.

 

Ensure all event spaces are clean, well-equipped, and meet operational standards before guest arrival.

 

Serve as the on-site point of contact for event clients and vendors, ensuring excellent communication and service.

 

Anticipate needs and troubleshoot issues in real time to guarantee successful events.

 

Maintain post-event checklists, communicate feedback, and assist with event reporting as needed.

2+ years of experience in event management or hospitality operations.

 

Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
