Job Title: Event Staff 

Location: Pearl Street Warehouse/Union Stage

Job Description:

We are seeking  reliable and energetic Event Staff to join our team. Event staff are our most flexible team members and play a key role in the successful execution of live events by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all venue spaces. This includes set-up, maintenance during events, and breakdown post-event. Staff should be proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive to operational needs. Since venue life is constantly evolving from one event to the next, this role requires adaptability, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Compensation: The company will offer an Hourly Rate of DC Minimum Wage

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Setting up and breaking down event spaces 

Assisting with ticketing and guest check-in

Greeting and directing guests throughout the venue

Monitoring event areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Maintaining  cleanliness and organization in the venue 

Various event specific tasks assigned by the Manager on Duty
